Quick note to inform everyone I have updated PTP abuse consequences to include disabling cashout and to fix terminology on the main PTP page as I do not delete accounts, I suspend them if need be. For honest members this has no impact.

What had read this:
Anyone caught breaking the above rules will lose access to the PTP contest, forfeit all PTP earnings and at ApplePTC's sole discretion face account deletion entirely.

Now reads as this:
Anyone caught breaking the above rules will lose access to the PTP contest, forfeit all PTP earnings, lose the ability to receive payment and at ApplePTC's sole discretion face permanent account suspension.

Hello!
Excuse me for asking,but I don\'t understand what means :\"PTP abuse consequences\"...
does it mean promotion on not approval sites or it means when user do something wrong promoting another site for ptp credits?
Thank You.

Hi,

No, there are consequences for putting PTP links in autosurf or in other sites rotators. If the site is not on the approved list it simply means you are not credited, I do not punish members for that. When links are placed in autosurfs and other rotators the consequences come in to play. Even then if I believe a member struggles with English I will issue a warning first for placing the links in other rotators as translators will have an easy time with the warning and it displays obviously on the member profile.

Autosurf traffic is almost the worst traffic a site can receive, only hidden iframes are worse. Putting the rotators (the PTP link is also actually a rotator built into the template) in other rotators is problematic because so many things are loading at once.

Thank You Very Much for explaining!
Yes, English is not my native language, so sometimes I don't know if I understood right or not.
I understand just two simple points:
1.Do not promote Appleptc's ptp link on not approval sites ( or make request for approving before promote).
2. Do not promote other sites' ptp links for ptp credits.
Now I think all clear for me.
Thank You Very Very Much!!!
